The successful applicant will oversee engineering projects, supervise teams, support research through engineering tasks, ensure facility suitability, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and uphold health, safety, and ISO14001 standards.

As HR Services Team leader you will manage a small team of three members of staff to deliver our in-house transactional HR service across the full HR lifecycle including joiners, leavers, HR system input.

This role focuses on the delivery of the communications strategy to internal audiences, communicating senior management’s vision and priorities, motivating staff to reach their potential, reducing duplication of effort, creating opportunities for collaboration, sharing knowledge and providing staff with the information they need to do their job.

In this role you will collaborate closely with the Centre for Forest Protection (CFP) Coordinator and the Education Officers at Forest Research and Kew, assisting in executing the CFP’s strategy and delivery plans.
